Meet Vox Sambou – a poet, MC, and multilingual performer who sings in Haitian Creole, French, English, Spanish and Portuguese. Based in Montreal, Sambou creates music that’s full of energy and joy.

He is a founding member of Montreal-based hip-hop collective, Nomadic Massive, and started his solo act in 2008. Since then, he has performed all across the world and is renowned for his engaging, high-energy live shows.

His music focuses on the traditional rhythms of Haiti mixed with elements of afrobeat, jazz, reggae, and hip-hop, always committed to denounce injustices and social imbalances.
