What will happen when I join the Zoom call?
Please join the Zoom call no more than five minutes before your booked slot. When you join the Zoom call, you will be placed in the waiting room before being admitted to the meeting where you will be greeted by your Opera North host and performer.
I can’t see the performer properly on Zoom – how do I fix this?
There are two View settings on Zoom – ‘Gallery View’ and ‘Speaker View’. Please make sure you select the ‘Speaker View’ setting on Zoom once the performance has begun, to ensure that you see the artist properly. You change your View settings by clicking the icons in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
