Join us for a unique collaboration between chef, food writer and campaigner Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and head chef Josh Whitehead at our award-winning restaurant, Kino.
Enjoy nine dishes specially chosen and expertly cooked from locally sourced and foraged ingredients, with some surprises along the way! Vegan, vegetarian and meat-eaters alike will all enjoy a delicious and unique taste of the season. Between courses there will be conversation and insights, with a chance to ask questions and join together with fellow diners for a truly special night.
Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall is a multi-award-winning food writer and broadcaster. He’s the face of The River Cottage TV series and books, centred around farm-to-fork and sustainably sourced cooking. He established River Cottage HQ in Dorset in 2004.
His hard-hitting and influential TV campaigns have tackled issues related to food production and the environment. And his broadcasting has earned him a BAFTA as well as accolades from Radio 4, The Observer and the Guild of Food Writers. Hugh’s latest book is How To Eat 30 Plants A Week.
