Bass resources
How to use
Find single, double and triple part recordings to test how you hold your own part and your confidence singing in harmony, as well as full chorus recordings of each piece to help you progress.
Track 1 – Bass only: Build a good foundation and practice singing your part along with our chorus Bass section
Track 2 – Tenor and Bass: Improve harmony singing and practice holding your line along side one other harmony part
Track 3 – Piano only: Improve your independence and sing your part without any help from our singers. Check you are really confident with your part and that you can come in in all the right places!
Track 4 – Full Chorus: For the full effect sing along with members of the Opera North Chorus to feel what it’s like to sing as part of this choir. You’ll need to be strong on your part so as not to get distracted by the other harmonies!
Track 5 – Soprano, Alto and Tenor: For an extra challenge sing senza Bass! Try singing along to this track which has the Bass part missing to see if you can hold your part without the rest of your section there to help you!
