The workshops aim to explore your individual business’s objectives and priorities within four principal themes.

On the day
1. Opera North professionals conduct light-hearted exercises helping to build group confidence and develop skills.
2. Participants divide into teams and begin to focus on the topic at hand whilst listening and collaborating.
3. Employees begin to observe a new confidence in the team, creativity and energy both in their colleagues and aims.
