1. This draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over only, who have a full postal address (both winner and guest)
2. The prize consists of two return flights to Paris from a selection of UK airports, and two consecutive nights accommodation only in a Paris hotel based on two people sharing a twin or double room (to include a Saturday and subject to availability).
3. All other expenses, including travel insurance and transport to and from the airport and hotel, are the responsibility of the winner and guest.
4. The closing date for the draw is midnight on 16th March 2010, and the prize winner will be selected at random within 72 hours of that date.
5. The draw will be independently supervised and the winner will be emailed within 28 days of the draw close date. All prizes must be accepted as offered.
6. The winner must accept the prize within 14 days of notification, by phone, email or letter and notify Opera North shortly thereafter of their preferred dates, giving at least two months notice and three alternative dates. Should the prize not be accepted within 14 days, the prize will be re-allocated to the next randomly drawn valid entry. The prize must be taken before November 31st 2010 (excluding July 1st to September 10th 2010) and is subject to availability.
7. There is no cash alternative and negotiations will not be entered into.
8. Details of the winner may be posted on the Opera North website.
9. The draw is not open to employees of Opera North, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
10. In the event of circumstances out of Opera North's control this prize may be substituted for a prize of equal or greater value.
11. The promoter can accept no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged by email; proof of email sending is not proof of receipt.
12. Opera North’s liability ends once the booking has been made and the company is not responsible should the service of the airline or hotel fail to deliver.
13. Winners may be required to participate in publicity as a result of winning the prize.
