OPUS Application Form
OPUS is a unique out of school arts project for young people in Leeds. It consists of three groups:
OPUS1 (for ages 8-11)
OPUS1 is for young people who would like to experience working with professional artists to produce their own piece of musical theatre. The project will run for five days during the summer half term.
OPUS2 (for ages 11-14)
OPUS2 is for young people who have shown an interest in the arts and want to learn more by attending weekly workshop sessions. Participants will receive free tickets to attend music and arts performances and have the chance to develop creative skills and compose new work with professional artists. OPUS2 will run from November 2010.
OPUS3 (for ages 14-18)
OPUS3 is for young people with an interest in the arts who want to push themselves and learn more. Members of the group receive free tickets to attend a wide range of music and arts performance, meet weekly for workshop sessions with professional artists and create new performance works of their own.
